Hydrate Inside and Out
With the warmth of the sun turning to crisp cooler days as Mother Nature is shedding her leaves, preparing for frost—so too is our skin's texture. The dry and sensitive days are quickly approaching. In order to protect the skin from seasonal changes, it is best to keep your body hydrated on both the inside and out. I encourage you to drink plenty of water, exfoliate your face, neck and chest with my "Forget Me Not" Daily Exfoliator. After showering, while your body is still damp, apply my Ididalotion. For extra dry and sensitive skin, try using the Gold Rush Toner with a 100% cotton and immediately afterwards apply a small amount of Ididacreme to face and neck.
